It was all lovely. I especially liked the champagne with breakfast - what a treat!
The deal on cocktails in the piano bar was very confusing. We thought it meant two for the price of one, then buy two get one free then possibly one person has to buy two and get one free (who calls the ambulance??). The barman was incredibly slow to make the drinks and we spent a lot more money than we thought because of the confusion

The extreme kindness of the staff, the calm and quiet, the excellence of the food
For a 4 star hotel i would expect the rooms to be a bit more "upper class" (seperated beds, cathodic tube television, some furniture not in very good shape), it's small details but details matter. But i defintlly recomend this excellent hotel
